Jill performed a plumbing inspection to determine any possible leaks since SWBNO advised me of water running continuously since February 2025 using about 300 gallons per day in recent months. Natal‘s is a company that I will be willing to call in the future should I need help with the house. No one likes calling a business after hours for a service call, but I can assure you it was money well spent! My air conditioner went out and Fernando was able to advise me that it was not the air conditioner, but the electrical. Great service. I highly recommend them! I had requested a service repair an old on demand hot water heater, but there were additional problems with it when Stebe went out to try and clean it so it it made more sense to buy a new one from Natals. Options and details were clearly explained and the price was reasonable. I am on the schedule for installation next week and I expect everything will go well. They previously did a great job on replacing my AC and heat.
