Darren is a graduate of Delgado Community College with a degree in Electrical Technology. He worked 5 years as an electrician in commercial construction and then moved to running a electrical service truck for residential and light commercial service. After running a truck for 8 years he was promoted to Service Manager. He worked as a Service Manager for 18 years for the same company before joining the Natal’s Team. Darren is NATE certified (North American Technician Excellence) has had training in leadership, customer service and dispatch. He prides himself in honesty, integrity and giving the customer a 5 star experience. He has been married for 34 years with 2 daughters, he loves studying America history, cooking and collecting watches.

Madison graduated the University of New Orleans in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management. Prior to Natal’s, she worked in the restaurant industry working her way up from hostess to management. Madison joined the Call Natal’s team in the summer of 2020 with the intention of learning something new and growing with a progressive company. Since being with Natal’s, she has played many roles and is now the office manager. Outside of work, Madison loves to travel and see new places and experience different cultures.
