My experience with TJ from Natal's was excellent. He asked all the right questions, did his own examination of our system, and made expert recommendations. He was able to point out the things that had been done incorrectly and how they needed to be fixed. He did not try to oversell me or push anything on me that we didn't need. I trusted his assessment and felt confident in the information he conveyed.
