Wow, I can't overstate how amazing this company is. I have a double, and the hvac on my tenant side stopped working overnight due to an electrical issue. After multiple companies (literally 3) came out and insisted that upgrading BOTH electrical panels and meters was the only solution (after only about 5 minutes of diagnosis) this company sent Patrick who spent over an hour examining everything inside and outside and determined that was not the case. While he recommended an upgrade of the panels at some point, he assured me that the situation was not as painted by the other companies, and I had time to save up for the upgrade. Nidal came and completed the fix this morning and I'm up and running with around $550 spent instead of the thousands quoted by everyone else. BOTH techs were professional, courteous, and took time to explain everything and make me feel empowered as a consumer. HIRE THIS COMPANY if you want it done right.
I had gotten 2 quotes from people who said I had to replace the entire wiring run from the heater to the main breaker. These guys looked at all the connections, verified the amp pull from the heating unit, checking the ratings, and let me know I didn't need new cables. I just needed better breakers to control the amp load.
Their honesty and integrity saved me $1,300 in unnecessary repair costs. I would recommend them.
