Very nice young man. Knowledgeable and courteous.
No long wait for service appointment. Received multiple messages about the appointment including that service person was on the way. You can track the service vehicle to see how far away they are & time to expect. They even sent a picture of the guy that was coming! He was super nice with loads of experience and knew immediately what needed to be fixed. This was for a water heater (tank). Thank you, Brian H. !!
Garrett and his assistant were very professional and took their time cleaning my dryer vent that vented to the attic. They provided great service and I will be requesting them again for my next service.
