This could not have been a better experience. The excellent service and responsiveness when I called. I received both text messages and emails confirming the appointment. I received an additional phone call from the office, letting them know that somebody was on the way. Finally, I received a call from Brian, when he arrived. He is totally the man. What a great guy. Understood the problem immediately and fixed it and was professional and friendly, and just a great reflection on himself and the company.
TJ with Natal's did my fall hvac system maintenance today. He was polite and professional. He did a very through inspection, explained everything and made several adjustments to improve performance. I have confidence the system is ready for the cold months ahead. 2 thumbs up!!
Jill Richardson the plumber from Natals came today 10/17/2024 and repaired a dripping supply line valve and advised on two other plumbing problems in the house. Jill was pleasant and helpful and is welcome to come back in the future. Excellent service from Jill. My elderly mom needs to be comfortable with the people who come to her house on service calls, and Natal's makes sure that its staff are good on this important point.
Kevin Velasquez came today 10/15/2024 to install a new attic vent fan motor and was easy to work with and cooperative on both the initial visit and on the service call to install the new motor. He gave us a lesson on adjusting the thermostat as well. Excellent service from Kevin.
Travis Smith explained what he found wrong with the attic vent fan and looked up the warranty and installation date for the motor. And he set up a repair appointment. He was on time, helpful and polite.
Jill was great. She explained everything that needed to be done.
Natal's gave me an appt first thing the next day after I called. The plumbing technician they sent, Brian, was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and well equipped to figure out how to solve every problem I was throwing at him. Highly recommend!
