Very professional from start to finish including the scheduling department which I had to change the day a couple of times and they were very accommodating. Raiko Piloto and his assistant were exactly on time and spent several hours going over the system. They actually had better equipment than the last couple of companies have had. He was able to look at all the errors that both units ever had and we were able to discuss what may be causing it like when the generator kicks on.
Hopefully it is fully fixed but if not I know they will be able to figure it out.

I've been using Natal's for the last 3 years. While I have some minor complaints regarding logistics, they have overall done a nice job. Their technicians are very competent and spend time to discuss the issues in your house. I've used them for both emergency work (very responsive) and scheduled work which has also been very good. They do solid work, and I will continue to use them.
Update:
Joe Cossich has been working with me to replace our failing AC units. He is very knowledgeable and I think we will be very pleased once we get the new system installed.
Good guys! A bit pricey but on time and know what they are doing.
We've used Natal's several times and will continue to use them for our plumbing, AC and even electrical needs (when we have some).
This visit Garrett and Chris were installing an exterior water spigot for my garden. They were professional and courteous and fast!
