The tech Naidai is excellent and very competent. Gave full report on systems he did maint on.
TJ was there early and was very pleasant. He listen to my concerns and help me with information concerning my AC unit. He also got in touch with Patrick who came to my home and started the process of looking at a replacement AC unit.
Moved in to a new house and noticed big issues with dryer (room very hot, clothes not drying, and eventually smell of burning). I attempted to use a vent kit from local hardware store myself, but did not feel comfortable giving it a thorough clean that it needed. Jill from Natal's was great- she was patient in explaining everything, efficient, and gave me tips for maintenance. The service was reasonably priced. Great that they do plumbing and electrical now!
