I was incredibly impressed with the level of our service today. Our technician Travis S. was incredibly friendly, worked fast and professionally, and entertained all of our questions about the electrical issue he had come for.
Call Natal's office was also very friendly and super helpful in getting us the appointment. They made sure they understood the issue and were very transparent about pricing and appointment times. They kept in constant contact and made sure to call us to let us know our technician was on the way, what his name was, and what he looked like.
I am certainly going to keep Call Natal on speed dial if I have any more issues, and the scope of all the different things they work on is very wide. If you have ANY problem, see if they fix it on their website. Chances are, they do. These are the best you'll find in the city.
