Mr Ibrahim arrived on time, asked what I needed to have done, performed all in a timely manner, and explained how to program the new thermostat and demonstrated it as well. The price quoted for the new thermostat was in line with other quotes I had gotten.
Our downstairs heating unit went out on Sunday. When I called Monday a.m., they had just had a cancellation & I was given an appt. for 10 am which was most appreciated with ambient temps in the 50's! Kerry was on time, listened to what I had done on my end (ruled out a thermostat problem), diagnosed the problem, & gave us options. He able to do the repair right away, made sure the unit was working properly, & showed me what he replaced.

This company saved us from the heat several times on the weekend when no one else would come out to service our old HVAC system. They rewired a faulty outlet when they were actually called out to look at a completely different issue and didn't charge us a dime and also serviced our tankless hot water system several times.
When our old Carrier HVAC finally bit the dust we went through several estimates from other companies,but ultimately knew we had to go with Natal's.
Patrick walked us through all of our options and answered every question we had about the installation process.Trystan,Kyle and Kerry were all involved in several areas of the installation process along with the rest of the Natal's team. They were prompt and professional and cleaned up after the job was done.
We're pleased with the installation work and feel great that we have a company we can trust and rely on for several household items and concerns.

Nidal at Call Natal's quickly serviced our house and did excellent work. He was super friendly and informative the whole time. We will be happy to call them again when we have issues that need fixing.
My experience was excellent! The communication was stellar—confirmed every step, they sent me a text and email and called me as to when they would arrive, sent a photo of the technician and a tracker to see where the truck was as he was heading to my home. Rodney could not have done a better job, and the estimate was both explained, then in my email box in minutes. Highly recommend!

We've had great experiences so far with Natal's service. They've been responsive when we needed service calls and our new AC system has been humming along nicely. I've had people raise an eyebrow when I've mentioned the cost… yes, it's higher than trying to get some random technician or "I have a guy…", but the transparency/organization and level of service are worth it. I don't have to worry that I'm going to get jerked around only to find out I get the "tail light warranty". Seriously, before Natal's, I had a contractor tell me this (warranty lasts as long as you can see my tail lights). Never again, Natal's 4 life.
UPDATE: Didn't expect to be back here so soon, but our water heater gave up the ghost. Once again, Natal's was quick and efficient. We were back up within a couple days.
