Our technician, Raiko was very professional and honest about the fate of our heater (which we kinda suspected anyway). We appreciated that our safety was his concern above all else. He made a call & he & the dispatcher scheduled a design tech to come out the same day. This is our 2nd experience with Natal's and they definitely exceeded our expectations both times.
