Travis and Kevin were very professional. Travis answered every question that I had. He explained what the error code meant and how Icl can reset it. Travis showed my the switch on the outside of unit that may have been hit. I cut grass yesterday near it and maybe I tripped it. Both young men were very courteous and polite.
